Nadia is an excellent tutor with a lot of patience, knowledge and experience working with kids. She was helping my daughter to improve her math skills and build up her confidence. Every session was carefully planned and thought through. I was pleased with creativity and enthusiasm that Nadia has brought to each lesson. There was not one single time when my daughter would not want to go to Nadia's lessons.

I have known Ms. Jones since summer 2011. She has been a tutor in my ESL level 3 class. She also runs a multi-level conversation group which many of my students attend and enjoy. In addition to being a fluent speaker of English and Russian, Nadia has consistently displayed sensitivity and flexibility in communicating and working with students of many different linguistic and cultural backgrounds in my classes. With the bonus of her professional training as an ESL instructor, I am particularly fortunate in having her tutor in my classes. Nadia is able to step in where other untrained ESL tutors cannot; explaining structure rules, breaking down new vocabulary, and making insightful observations on student learning. I have informally asked students in my classes how they feel about Nadia's conversation group which she runs independently for one and a half hours every week. Their praise and appreciation is unanimous. They find her friendly, and helpful. They appreciate her expertise in structuring the conversation group process and skillful management of the multi-level student population it includes. Jacqueline Allen-Bond, an ESL instructor

Nadia Jones has been a preferred guest teacher for my Kindergarten class during the 2012-2013 school years. She taught in my class on several occasions this year and has been one of the most professional guest teachers I have ever worked with. She consistently implemented all of the lessons in the plans and left detailed notes about how the day went. The students were always eager to have her return. On many occasions I was able to observe her with the students. She has a calm, kind and gentle demeanor and the children were very comfortable with her. Many of the students in this class come from difficult home environments and have high emotional and behavioral needs. Nadia dealt with these circumstances admirably and she always stayed compassionate and patient. She also worked with a high number of ELL students in the class with very limited English language abilities. She dealt with all of these circumstances very well as all of the children completed high quality work during my absence.Nadia was a preferred guest teacher for several teachers this year so she was at our school frequently. She interacted well with the entire staff and showed a positive attitude. She is a person of high integrity and would be a valuable asset to any school. Jason Smith, second grade teacher

Seven years ago, I came to the United States from Russia. My English was very poor! I went to classes to improve my English, but my Grammar and pronunciation still needed refining. That is when I met Nadia. Nadia helped me practice the sounds, build my vocabulary, and encouraged me do a lot of Grammar exercises. I began to understand the structure of the English language and it improved my confidence! I work in customer service, and it is very important to speak clearly and correctly. Nadia was always extremely patient and knowledgeable; she made interesting lesson plans and repeatedly came up with activities and vocabulary that were relevant to my life and work. Her Grammar lessons were exceptional. I’m proud of what I’ve learned and I can say with confidence that Nadia is the best English tutor I ever had! In addition, Nadia is a wonderful person an a great pleasure to work with!
