We were very pleased with our experience with Uniflex. In years past, I worked in business-to-business sales with a leading international company. As a result, I tend to have high expectations in my evaluation of the sales and service aspects of any company with which I (and my organization) do business. Incidentally, as one who has experience and skill in the areas mentioned above, I believe that I can address those areas with considerable awareness and knowledge. In particular, I would like to give a 5-star rating to your Product Specialist, Dori ***** She was conscientious and paid attention to the details we provided her regarding our product needs. She was appropriately persistent to maintain contact and follow-up throughout the entire process. Regardless of the nature of our inquiries or the situation, she handled each matter with an up-beat, "can do" attitude and appeared unflappable/poised throughout. It's probably safe to say that if you had a whole team of "Dori's" Uniflex would take over the church furnishings industry, because word-of-mouth networking alone would make Uniflex a household name (church-house, that is). Thanks again to each one of the Uniflex team.
